Intención, concentración y consciencia

The Chi-generating Movements to AWAKEN ENERGY, Discover your Inner Fire book introduces a series of five precise exercises that awaken our inner fire. To attain this awakening, Oscar Ichazo uses a specific breathing pattern and his theoretical presentation of the Five Classical Elements with movements that are adapted from T'ai Chi Chuan's Yang Style short form by Master Cheng Man-Ch'ing. Once the energy of inner fire is awakened, we are able to direct it within us, energizing the chi of the five Cavities of our body that are associated with the five Classical Elements.

Oscar Ichazo is the founder of the Arica School of Knowledge and originator of its theory, method and practice of Integral Philosophy. Ichazo says, "When these movements are practiced with intention, concentration and awareness, they bring about a profound quietude of Mind and a revitalized state of the body."

Movimientos con patrones respiratorios

The chi–generating movements present five distinct movements to activate vital energy in the body, using a specific breathing technique.

Generate Vital Energy

These movements generate vital energy (chi) in your body. When this energy is consciously activated and distributed throughout the organism, it is the basis of a balanced and healthy life as recognized in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine.

Una mente tranquila

Stability, physical vitality, happiness, and the higher state of a quiet mind are the results of practicing the chi–movements. The book provides easy–to–follow instructions and illustrations for practicing five energy–awakening exercises.

La Energía del fuego interior

By unifying the body and mind with a specific breathing technique, we obtain a reversal of the normal current of life energy. The usual direction of the current of life dissipates energy externally. By employing this breathing technique the current is reversed, providing a revitalization of all the organs, especially the brain. Your body becomes energized with a distinct pulsation in your hands and your feet as your mind becomes quiet.
